The movie is set on Surya (Srikanth), a honest and a well-meaning rich man. Then there is Divya (Sneha) and Swapna (Nikitha), daughters of Raghupathi (Sarath Babu), a teacher and a doting father.Having raised his daughters independently, Raghupathi paradoxically cannot stand this daughter Divya falling in love with Surya. He puts his foot down. But Divya goes against her father's wish and marries Surya. As it happens, she dies while delivering baby. She makes a wish before dying. She wants the child to be brought up under the guidance of the granddad. So Surya works his way to get into the good books of Raghupathi and unites with them. There is also an attachment he develops with Swapna.It is cute tale told with emotion and humour
