5 većih komada luka, koje ćemo zarezati do pola.
Ubaciti u kljucalu vodu i kuhati 15 minuta.
200 gr mljevenog mesa, 100 gr riže, 2 supene kašike peršuna, 1 mala kašika mentem 1 mala kašika bijelog luka u granulama ili 2 čena sitno isjeckanog svježeg bijelog luka.
1 mala kašika soli, pola male kašike bibera, 1 mala kašika mljevene paprike.
Sastojke sjediniti.
Luk izrastavljati kao u videu.
Luk puniti filom.
U šerpu dodati 1 čašu vode i poredati sav luk, poslije dodati još 2 + 1/2 čaše vode + lovorov list.
Pokriti luk, kada proključa voda, pokriti šerpu i ostaviti da se kuha 1 sat na niskoj temperaturi.
u među vremenu u vodu dodati malo kečapa i mljevene paprike da dobije crvenkastu boju + malo soli i bibera po ukusu.
