In Malaysia, to help speed up recovery efforts in areas affected by the recent flood, Tzu Chi volunteers launched cash-for-work programs in several disaster stricken areas, including the state of Kelantan. In Kota Bharu, Tzu Chi’s two-day cash-for-work program helped clean up Seri Kota Bahru Elementary School before classes resumed.
