SACRAMENTO -- (Wednesday, April 3, 2019) -- Chair of the California Legislative Latino Caucus, Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez has authored legislation that will prevent federal immigration agents from accessing personal information contained within DMV databases, including information on California residents with an AB 60 Driver License.
Assembly Bill 1747 is one of fifteen bills that the Latino Caucus is making a priority to pass in the 2019 Legislative Session.
