A fanuc robotic arm first picks up an empty valve bag and places onto the spout of a valve bag air packer. Then, after filling the bag automatically drops onto a wire mesh discharge conveyor. The fanuc robot rotates around to the end of the conveyor and picks up the bag and stacks it on a pallet nearby. After the pallet is complete, an operator enters the bag stack zone and retrieves it for shipping or storage. This one robot can do the job of 2-3 human operators!
