Marinade Ingredients
• 10 g ginger
• 10 g garlic
• 60 ml reduced salt soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 15 g honey
• 500 g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
Remaining Ingredients
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 green pepper
• 1 carrot
• 4 spring onions
Method
Mix all of the marinade ingredients and marinade for at least an hour.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
Add the veg and the marinaded pork and cook on a high heat until cooked through. Add the marinade remaining marinade. Cook until it coats the pork and vegetables and everything is all sticky. Serve with rice.
