Hook timing is the main adjustment parameter of the sewing machine that affects the quality of the stitch. If hook timing is set incorrectly, then the sewing machine will sew with defects: gaps, broken threads, and others.
Lower the sewing needle to its lowest position and lift it up a little, about 1.8-2.0mm.
Thread the white thread through the eye of the needle if this makes it easier for you to adjust the position of the hook point in relation to the eye of the needle.
Hold the needle with one hand (by the flywheel), and with the other hand rotate the hook along the axis (left, right), so that the hook nose is set just above the eye of the needle, approximately 1.5 mm. This is an average and a relative value.
