Damian, along with his start-up team, first took a Management 3.0 course in 2013 as they searched for new methods of leadership and management in an important time of growth and transition. Since then, they have been huge fans of the Management 3.0 #Workouts, particularly on themes of monitoring workplace sentiment and employee satisfaction, opening regular communication, and getting to the heart of how leaders can enable people in a team, all the while driving productivity and accountability.
"When we first attended the two-day course of Management 3.0, it really opened my eyes as a leader, in terms of team collaboration and putting teams together and just how businesses can work in different ways," Damian says in this video. "That was kind of the catalyst to us changing as a team and also the business was realizing or seeing a gradual change in what internal IT was going to look like. Jurgen's training and methods are what took us from being a traditional IT operations and training team to an agile, open and collaborative team."
