Pipes Spill onto Freeway After Trailer Rolls Over. You guys are in for a treat with this job! Watch as Alex and I turn what looks like a nightmare job into a ridiculously fast recovery. A total of 9 53' pipes scattered on the freeway offramp and onramp from PCH to the 103. This is Long Beach, CA, and a very very hot spot for trucks getting to and from the busy ports.

How this happened is up for debate. Normally it's speed, but the company says he wasn't going fast. Which leads me to assume it has to be improper load securement. With 9 pipes over 3 layers total, you have to make absolute sure it's secure like Fort Knox. Any play in straps, and this is the result.

Luckily no injuries, minus the driver side cab on the Peterbilt. I knew Alex and I would be able to set everything back on, but I didn't expect it to be this smooth and easy. It helps we have the right equipment and are in sync the entire time (minus Hector in the beginning LOL).
