Narcity Canada interviewed Chris Hadfield & David Saint-Jacques about the upcoming Canada Space Agency moon mission. As part of an upcoming NASA moon mission, a Canadian astronaut will orbit around Earth's natural satellite in 2023 and it will make history.

On December 16, it was announced that the Canadian Space Agency and NASA signed a treaty to confirm Canada's participation in the next missions to the moon.

Canadian astronauts were filled with both excitement and pride following the historic announcement today that Canada will be sending one of its own around the moon in just a few years' time.

Following the significant news, we spoke to Canadian astronauts Chris Hadfield and David Saint-Jacques about the importance of this mission and what it means for Canada.
