10 Years of Watch Dogs 1 and it’s still one of the best Open World Crime Games to date. Watch Dogs is a great GTA Competitor in my opinion and needs to continue even though Ubisoft aren’t doing much with it these days. The potential in the Watch Dogs franchise can compete with GTA and if there’s developers that have the hearts and minds to really make a fantastic Watch Dogs game I think it could take a lot of popularity from GTA and be a major worthy competitor to GTA like Battlefield can be with Call of Duty. I’m not saying Watch Dogs can be more popular than GTA, but it can just be a great competitor and put itself more on the map within the Open World Crime Genre. Watch Dogs is very unique with the hacking features and this is wasted potential if this franchise is just gonna sit and collect dust. Ubisoft please do something in the Future with Watch Dogs. Take it back to the drawing board and write a gritty story like Watch Dogs 1 and again and add all the elements of gameplay features that worked from Watch Dogs 1 and 2 and Legion.
