Hello! Just as mentioned at the beginning of the video:
-I am not a doctor, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or strength and conditioning coach.
- I do not have a film of every single thing I did. This is not a comprehensive list, it is some of the main exercises I was doing. I also continued many exercises from prior months.
-This is based on MY recovery, experience, and doctor's protocol. Yours may be different depending on your injury, surgeon, and goals. Follow the guidance of your doctor.
With that being said, these are some of the main exercises I did 7-9 months post-op for ACL recovery. A LOT changed in this time, and I tried to place the exercises somewhat chronologically for that reason. I have separate videos and blog posts for each month of my recovery.
