Ingredients: serves 4

1 cob loaf
4 slices swiss cheese
4 slices bacon
3 beef 'minute' steaks
1 onion
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (see below recipe)
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt & pepper to season

HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE
2 tbs olive oil
1 small onion, peeled, chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs tomato puree
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tbs Dijon mustard
