An East Cleveland police officer has been placed on administrative leave after video shared on social media showed him kicking down a suspect who was already on the ground.
A police report confirms the officer was called to Best Steak N Gyros House on Euclid Avenue just before 4 a.m. Monday morning for a report of a man "behaving aggressively." The report goes on to say the suspect was "detained," but footage originally shared on one of the Instagram accounts for the Cleveland Remembrance Page shows more to the story.
