Abgousht or Dizi is one of the traditional Iranian foods including meat, sheep's tail, onion, potato, tomato (or tomato paste), chickpeas, which is eaten in two stages; First, they eat its juice with pieces of bread or tillit (for the useful use of dry bread) and the rest of the ingredients are eaten with a meat grinder completely beaten or not beaten with bread, onions and seasonings such as pickles and vegetables, which is known as pounded meat. If the broth is cooked in stone containers, it is called stone daisy.
