How to prepare:

For sore throat

for drinking:
I have used the strainer to mix little bit of Alum properties into the water so that I can use it in drinking as Alum is also used for water purification.

for gargel:
1/2 tsp of Alum (Phitkari) mixed in half glass of hot water is an efficient mixture for a sore throat cure. Just do gargles with this mixture and you will soon find relief from a sore throat & pain from the infection that has been troubling you. It is a very good and effective home remedy for a sore throat and pain from a throat infection.

Alum is used as a mouth freshener/wash in a lousy oral breath. Take one glass of water, add 1 gm of Alum with a pinch of rock salt, and gargle mouth using this solution.
