Yoga for Snowboarders | Restore 20
This session encourages you to slow it down, release built up tension and rejuvenate the body after a day on the mountain.
Use it once you get home, [outerwear off!] and give yourself 20 minutes in your thermals to leave your body feeling great. You’ll be ready to go the next day without those aches and pains!
**Only move to your physical edge, not beyond it. If at any time you feel any pain, or that you may incur injury if you continue, back off, or escape the pose entirely. If you have any previous injuries please check in with your doctor/physio before beginning a new Yoga class.**
