Self-storage tenant ACH and Credit Card payments can be processed both individually and in a batch mode using SiteLink myHub from any device, operating system or browser.
The Batch processing model allows one to initiate a batch and then continue using myHub for general daily activity. During processing, receipts are emailed to those tenants configured to use the 'Email' document delivery method. Upon batch processing completion, a Batch Summary email is sent to the site's email address containing a PDF link to facilitate printing receipts for those tenants configured to use the 'Print' document delivery method.
