Finding two trillion dollars to trim from the federal budget will not be an easy goal to reach for the new Department of Government Efficiency.

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., suggested United Nations funding might be a good place to look.

"I mean that institution, the United Nations, has just become so corrupt. It has become so opposed to American interests. It has become so opposed to the state of Israel. I can imagine beginning immediately right there," said Hawley on Wednesday.
