mint chutney
tamarind chutney
salt (seasoning)
black salt
corainder
nilon sev
maida (1 cup)
semolina( 1 cup )
potato (2 boiled and smashed)
onion (1 cup finely chopped)
tomato ( 1 cup finely chopped)
ajwain
oil
method:
take a bowl , add maida and semolina .
now add little ajwain and salt as per taste
by adding little water make its dough.
now we have to make small puris and insert toothpick as per shown in video. and fry them in medium to high flame for 2 mins.
for stuffing :
take 2 smashed and boiled potatoes , onion and tomato.. add salt and half tsp black salt. both the chutney as per ur spiciness...
now stuff this stuffing in prepared tacos and coat it with Nilon sev.
now enjoy among those chutney for extra flavors...
