GMAT vs GRE
I hope you guys are enjoying the GMAT/GRE content I have been posting lately, but I know it’s confusing to choose between the two of them, right?
Don’t worry about it coz I got your back *wink*
So lemme just answer a few questions that you would be thinking about
1. “Why do I want to take these exams?”
If you have a dream to study abroad, then this is the requirement or the route which will take you towards that dream university.
2. “Which exam should I give?”
Are you sure about what you want to study? Because if you are not then GRE is your exam. The biggest difference between GMAT and GRE is that the GMAT is used by the business school as part of their admissions whereas the GRE is used for admission to a series of graduate programs.
3. “What's the test structure like?”
The GRE consists of a 60-minute Analytical Writing section. There are two 30-minute Verbal Reasoning sections, two 35-minute Quantitative Reasoning sections, and a 30-35 minute experimental section. The GMAT consists of a 60-minute Analytical Writing section. There are 65 minute Verbal Reasoning sections, 62 minute Quantitative Reasoning sections, and a 30-35 minute experimental section.
4. “What are these exams gonna cost me?”
These exams could be costly, like really costly GRE - $205 and GMAT -$250. So choose and prepare wisely.
