This is Day 1 without my iPhone. I haven't been without my device for more than a day in the past 15 years. Because I needed to get control of my life, my priorities and my overall wellbeing, I have decided to unplug the iPhone and see if I can go 10 days without it. My hope is that by doing this I will be more present and engaged with my family when I get home from work in the evenings, better able to recharge for the next day's work, and much more efficient and effective using the hours available to me while I am at work because of my ability to recharge.
