The Zora's Domain section covers the Zora's River, Zora's Domain, and Zora's Fountain. There are 8 skulltulas in total; 4 as a child and 4 as an adult.

#1 Roll into the tree at the beginning of Zora's River.
#2 On the ladder in front of the waterfall.
#3 In Zora's Fountain on the wall near the log sticking out of the water.
#4 Roll into the tree next to the Great Fairy Fountain.

#5 If you travel down the river from the bridge you will see a ledge with a ladder. climb the ladder and it's on the wall behind you. If you have planted the magic bean here then the leaf will take you to where you need to go.
#6 Just passed the bridge it is very high up on the wall to the left.
#7 In Zora's Domain walk up to the top of the frozen waterfall and look to the left.
#8 In front of the great fairy fountain is a rock that you can only pick up with the Silver (or Golden) Gauntlets gotten in the Spirit Temple. Lift the rock, smash the other rock, and follow the path until you climb up the wall and it's on your left.

When you have a Gold Skulltula mark next to the place name on the map screen then you have them all in that area.
