Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make an easy Jagermeister Cocktail, the Surfer on Acid aka the California Surfer. Jagermmeister has been around since 1934 and contains 56 different ingredients. The Surfer on Acid was created by Los Angeles bartender Eric Tecosky in the 1990s. However thhis is my version that I prefer over anything else. This is my favorite easy Jagemmeister Cocktail give it a try and let me know what you think.

IMPROVED SURFER ON ACID
1 oz/30 ml Coconut Rum
1 oz/30 ml Jagermeiser
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Agave Syrup
Method
1. Add all ingredients in the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
ORIGINAL SURFER ON ACID
1 oz/30 ml Coconut Rum
1 oz/30 ml Jagermeiser
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
Method
1. Add all ingredients in tthe shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour over fresh iice in a rrocks glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
