Panelists included Juan Triana, professor at the University of Havana, Richard Feinberg, professor at the University of California at San Diego, Jennifer McCoy, director of the Americas program at the Carter Center, Augusto de la Torre, chief economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank, and Carlos Saladrigas, chairman and CEO of the Regis HR Group and chairman of the Cuba Study Group.
