Official film made of that fantastic festival of Polynesian Arts. Lucien Kimitete, the maire of Nuku Hiva where the festival was held this time was very charismatic and whoever was lucky to attend the festival kept great memories of it! Not at all a show for tourists but a great celebration for the people from the Marquesas and guest delegations themselves! Presents were dancers from all 6 Marquesas Islands, Tuamotus, Tahiti, Australs, Easter Island, Cook Island, Tuvalu and Hawaii. This festival is held every 4 years.
