In the process of converting to solar, household appliances with massive in-rush current requires that I either over-size the generator, or trick the protective circuitry with a soft-starter(the gadget demonstrated). This gadget reduced my A/C condenser's surge amperage from 99 amps down to the mid-40s, reducing my start-up wattage requirement from 21780 watts (220V x 99A) down to a more manageable 9900 watts. This purchase, for me, was a no-brainer. I hope this video helps you with your endeavor.
