Me and the big man Louis ‘The Rhino’ Allen and the broski Adam headed up to the North Mecca for a mad Delts and Tri session while I was 10 days out from 2021 British Finals…
It was a HOT one but as always, a great one with the boys and really enjoyed the gym and atmosphere up there at Ultraflex Rotherham.
Being surrounded by other awesome athletes and like minded people is always a blessing!
