In just the 2nd Boxing Match of Francis Ngannou’s career, he will be facing the former unified WBO, IBF and WBA heavyweight World Champion, Anthony Joshua. Ngannou last faced off against Tyson Fury and lost in a controversial decision, while Joshua is coming off an impressive win against Otto Walin.
What’s crazy about this matchup is that Anthony Joshua won the Gold Medal at the 2012 London Olympics, the same year that Francis Ngannou decided to leave Africa to pursue a career in combat sports, and now they will be fighting against each other this year.
