#Caritas International has undergone changes to create a more inclusive work culture and reinforce a group spirit, led by co-administrator #MariaAmparoAlonso, along with Italian Pier #FrancescoPinelli and Portuguese Jesuit Fr. #ManuelMorujão. They have set up a process of continuous dialogue with employees, coaching, and counseling.
The changes aim to provide better service to the confederation and put people first. The organization is preparing for the #GeneralAssembly in May, where members from 200 countries will elect new leadership and set guidelines for the future.
The organization's priorities include the war in #Ukraine, earthquakes in #Syria and #Turkey, famine in the Horn of #Africa, and fighting against forced displacement and human trafficking
