Bosnian Traditional Dumplings (Ravioli)
- add some salt to a 500g flour
- knead with 2 eggs
- add 2dl water
- Filling
- 250g ground beef, black pepper, salt
- preferred spice
- 1 minced onion
- roll out dough with some flour
- roll out to 3-4 mm thickness
- boil water with some salt
- cut out dough to 7-8cm thickness
- evenly spread beef mixture
- close and seal dumplings
- Drop inside boiling water
- option 1 / baked dumplings
- mince garlic
- couple tablespoons of sour cream
- heavy whipped cream
- pour evenly and bake at 250°C for about 15 min
- option 2
- mince garlic
- add sour cream and heavy whipping cream
- melt some butter
- add 1 tablespoon ground red paprika
- pour with paprika sauce
- serve warm
