In this video, we are walking near the National Library of Belarus. The building is a rhombicuboctahedron 73.7 m high (23 floors) and weighing 115,000 tons.
We look at the quarter that was erected behind it. This quarter is called Minsk World. The video starts early in the morning when it is still dark. But towards the end of the walk it gets light and the lights go out.
