Creamy Crispy Bread Cups

Ingredients -
🌽 30 gm Sweet Corn kennels
🧅 1 Onion (Chopped)
🫒 Few Black Olives (Sliced)
🫑 ¼ Each RYG Bell Peppers (Chopped)
🌶️🧂 ½ tsp Chilli Flakes, Salt
🍔 4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise for Burger
🍞 4 Leftover Bread
🌿 Parsley Sprigs (Garnish)
Method -
Preheat oven at 180°C. Cut the sides of your bread & roll & flatten them using a rolling pin
Grease a small bowl with oil and place your bread in it, bake until it gets crispy. Let it cool.
In a bowl, add sweet corn, bell-peppers, onion, olives, salt, chilli flakes and Burger Mayonnaise. Mix well.
Add this filling equally to the bread cups, garnish it with parsley sprig and serve hot!
