A 16-year-old girl belonging to the Dalit community was allegedly gang-raped and set ablaze by two men in UP's Pilibhit district, police said on Saturday. The victim is undergoing treatment and is in a "serious condition", police added. The accused have been arrested and booked under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the POCSO Act and the SC/ST Act, police informed.
