Lahsuni Palak Dal
Portions serving: 6-8

Calories: 223 kcal per portion
Ingredients:
Tur dal soaked 2 cups
Moong dal soaked ½ cups
Palak shredded 1 bundle
Salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp (½ ½ tbsp)
Oil 3 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Dry red chilli 2 pcs
Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp
Ginger chopped ½ tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Lemon 1 pc
Method:
Take a pressure cooker, add tur dal, moong dal,salt, turmeric powder, water and cook it for 2-3 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, dry red chilli and let it crackle.
Then add chopped garlic and saute.
Add hing, chopped onion and saute them.
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook them for 5-6 mins.
Later add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and mix it.
Add shredded palak and cook it for 3-4 mins on low-med flame.
Then pour the boiled dal and mix it. Cook it for 5-6 mins.
Add chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped coriander and give it a boil.
Squeeze a lime and stir it. Turn off the flame.
Lesunhi palak dal is ready to serve.
