The new @elfcosmetics Lash XTNDR Tubing Mascara is good! I never like tubing formula, they either lump my lashes or don’t give me enough volume but this one didn’t clump, isn’t wet and gave me tons of length and a good amount of volume! I didn’t notice flaking the first day I wore it but will update on that. A winner so far!
