Lightyear is officially out in theaters today! And being the lifelong Toy Story and Buzz Lightyear fan that I am, I wanted to make a video for the occasion. I thought about doing a review for the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon but that seemed like an obvious choice. X) So what'd I end up doing instead? Well, I thought I'd try my hand as an alternate universe theory where I determine what events would occur if something changed in a certain story! It started off simple; What if Buzz Lightyear and Woody never made it home to Andy in Toy Story 1? Seemed like an interesting idea. Little did I know that the results would actually be super dark and scary and full of tons of toy death. XD Like jeez, I didn't expect things to get this dark! But hey, maybe you guys'll appreciate a little dark stuff one in a while. God knows Pixar liked to get dark a lot. Need I mention the incinerator scene?! So prepare yourselves for our first trip into the Animation Multiverse! What kind of effects would Buzz and Woody's absence have on Toy story's biggest characters like Slinky, Ham, Rex, Mrs and Mr Potato Head, Jessie, Bullseye, Bo Peep, Andy, Bonnie and even the series villains? Well strap yourselves in for a marathon of theories, analysis, comedy and a recap song with a really bad Randy Newman impression!
