Today I'm feasting on a delicious lunch of romesco rigatoni pasta, garlic bread and salad!
I've had this romesco pasta sauce recipe ([ Ссылка ]) bookmarked on my computer for over a year, and, for whatever reason, I kept putting it off or forgetting about it. When I realised I had a bunch of ageing capsicums (red peppers) in the fridge I knew it was time to make it. After that first taste straight from the blender I was kicking myself for not trying it sooner. Mr. HH was equally impressed!
On the side I have some crunchy home-made garlic bread (Pane di Casa with vegan butter, minced garlic, chilli flakes and dried basil) and a tasty salad of mixed greens, tomato, red onion, vegan cheese and an olive oil/balsamic dressing.
I was both satisfied and sleepy after this meal. But that's what carbs will do to ya, right?!
