Hello new favorite bootcamp! I am so excited for you guys to rock with me on this workout! I am using 8 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb dumbbells today but of course grab weights that work for you and your fitness level! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds all day completing 3 rounds of each superset or each group of 2 exercises. We are working through upper body, lower body, and ab exercises today and I am so excited to rock it with you! Let me know if you CRUSHED IT in the comments below!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.
