The timing for the power clean is very important. I always teach to time the feet landing at the same time the bar locks on the shoulder. The problem I see a lot is where people time the catch correctly for the clean but they don't catch in their finished rack position. It is important to practice your best positions in each lift, this concept goes for the timing of catch in the snatch as well.
This will help you touch and go more reps if you are using this in CrossFit workouts. If you are a weightlifter it will help you catch heavier loads in a stronger position and maybe even stand up new PR!
