Our biceps are a small muscle group but not to be forgotten. They are the assistant movers to a lot of other muscle groups so don’t sleep on developing your strength in them.
These are 4 good ones to master:
1️⃣ Db Hammer Curl
2️⃣ Barbell Curl
3️⃣ Zottman Curl
4️⃣ Locked elbow curl
ℹ️ the reps and sets that I mention in the video is what I normally do, but as I always mention: sets and reps are individual so make sure you follow your own current fitness and goal setting.
