This is the third and final private crossing situated off West Dapto Road at Horsley NSW. It is located on the Wongawilli Colliery Branch Line and was the driveway for a house which has since been demolished. The land is currently in the process of being developed into a new housing estate, the plans include the construction of new road access from Shone Avenue and the closure of this level crossing.
Just like the two other private crossings here, this installation also has a lone signal with two red lights, plus a blue strobe light atop the mast. A "Stop On Red Signal" sign is mounted on the relay case, while both crossbucks here have been incorrectly installed.
The train is WW03 empty coal from Port Kembla Inner Harbour to Wongawilli Coal Mine, with locomotives 8248 and 8204. It was filmed on December 27, 2017 and was the first Pacific National train to the mine in recent years.
