In this video I am narrating the Arjuna's Penance or the Descent of the Ganges story in detail. What probably this marvelous relief built in the mid of 7th century would be depicting? I have made an attempt to explain this fabulous structure in detail.

As part of this story, you will be also surprised to find how a 1400+ year old engraving in this structure found its way on the 10 Rupee currency note.
