Try to hug the wall to the right to prevent detection from the spider patrolling, other than that it's pretty fast/efficient to farm this soul core if you wait for the Konaki-Jiji to pass by first (Highly recommend you use a mage build to farm this core on this mission), Konaki-Jiji can be farmed here to but do so at your own risk.
