New Delhi, July 23 (ANI): As President Pranab Mukherjee, the 13th President of India, vacates the Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow, making way for his successor President-elect Ramnath Kovind, Parliamentarians from both the Houses - Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha - gathered at the Central Hall to bid farewell to the outgoing President.
