Maple cake without dairy products
Ingredients
6 eggs
Cup and half sugar (300 g)
2 and a half cups of flour will swell
1 cup of oil (240 ml)
1 cup orange juice (240 ml)
1 vegetable cream container (250 ml)
15 half walnuts
A teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Beat 6 eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add one and a half cups of sugar and whisk for another 2 minutes. Add 2½ cups of flour flour, one cup of orange juice, one cup of orange juice, a vegetable cream container (250 ml) and whisk for another 2 minutes until a uniform mass is obtained. Transfer the mass to a large disposable pan, sift on the cake with a teaspoon of cinnamon, roughly chop the halves and sprinkle on the cake. Bake for about 40 minutes / until a wooden toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
