When I go to a Filipino restaurant, my favorite quick dessert is the banana egg rolls also known as Turon. This is very easy and at the same very delicious dessert. It can be serve with honey or caramelized sugar.
1 banana slice in four
1 teaspoon of brown sugar per banana slice
egg roll wrap
1 egg to bind the egg roll
Slice the banana into halves and than cut them again to halves. Take egg roll wrapper and put the sliced banana on the corner. Take a teaspoon of the brown sugar and drizzle it on top of the banana. Now start rolling and the wrapping the banana like an egg roll. Once that is done, deep fry until it become nice and golden brown. That will probably take 3 minutes.
