Jim Waterhouse is a high school English teacher and the co-founder of the Pasadena Foothills Chapter of the Citizens Climate Lobby. His interest in climate change began in 2006 when Dr. James Hansen resigned his position due to censorship by NASA and the Bush Administration. He is a founding member of SoCal 350 Climate Action and was trained by Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader. He has given numerous public presentations and led several group starts in and around Southern California and Hawaii. In pursuit of his mission of making breakthroughs in his political power, Jim ran to become a delegate to the CA Democratic Convention for AD49 and received an appointment.
