Welcome to the travel report from Split to Zagreb on a sleeper train across Croatia.
This train runs all year round from Split to Zagreb on Sundays as NZ 1820 (on Fridays in the opposite direction as NZ 1821).
During the summer, it runs daily Split – Zagreb – Vukovar as NZ 1841. As NZ 1840 in the opposite direction.
Online tickets sale was open only for seats and couchettes during the time of my journey.
A special thanks to my dear friend Adela, who heroically ran through the pouring rain at night during her bus interchange in Zagreb, to buy a sleeper train ticket for me.
