Kuretake recently released a new line of colors in their Gansai Tambi watercolor paint line–Graphite! Being that the Derwent Graphitint pencils are some of our favorite colored pencils we also decided to purchase a set of Graphitint paint pans to compare to these new Kuretake graphite paints. Let’s see how they look and perform on 3 different types of paper: watercolor, toned-tan and black. And if I had to choose just one–either the Kuretake or the Derwent, which would I choose?
